In addition to transfer logistics, live broadcasting of meetings, various sporty afternoon activities and a Tyrolean hut evening, we also took care of the necessary Covid-19 prevention concept.
Already on the first day of the event, we were able to ease the hassle of travel for our guests. Because we organized the pick-up from the airport in Munich and Innsbruck for the different arrivals from Sweden, Great Britain and Germany. This allowed all participants to have a good start into the weekend.
On the following two days there were meetings in the morning and in the afternoon the guests could choose from numerous programs. Since many of the employees were still in their home offices and could not travel to Austria, we made it possible to broadcast the conference live. This enabled the company to include all employees in the event despite the difficult circumstances.
We spent the two afternoons with a very exciting program. The participants could choose from a total of eight different activities, some of which were very sporty. Among them were hiking, biking and e-biking as well as activities like canyoning and rafting. We also organized rock climbing and trail running for our guests. Of course, we made sure that those who preferred to take it easy didn't miss out. At our Alm Wellness, participants could relax with massages and herbal wraps and try out yoga. Our participants were overjoyed to finally meet again and enjoyed talking to each other during the activities, because there was definitely enough to talk about.
Certainly, a highlight of this event was the hut evening. Dressed in traditional costumes and with alphorn sounds we welcomed our guests at the Interalpen-Alm, where they could measure their skills at different stations. In addition to beer mug holding, a sawing competition and beer curling, the game ring the bell was also included. Ambitiously, the participants tried to show their best and visibly had fun. The hut evening continued with a great menu full of Tyrolean specialties and of course a music duo could not be missing. During the evening our DJ took over the mixing desk and created an excellent atmosphere. Another evening the participants celebrated with our DJ. This time, however, the location was the Hofburg, the hotel's own club of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.
After this very diverse weekend with numerous highlights, our guests returned home. Of course, we organized the various transfers. During these days, the participants were able to make excellent use of time to catch up on the missing contact of the past times.
