Every day we face new tasks, whether professional or in everyday life. In order to master these tasks, we have to work together, communicate and organize ourselves with our fellow human beings. We work as a team. Since this often leads to conflicts of all kinds, it is all the more important to approach the matter in a targeted and structured manner and to adapt and get involved with other people. However, such processes must first be learned and, above all, internalized in order to be able to call them up again depending on the situation.
